Content Research & Creation Process

Content is anything that adds value to the reader’s life.

– Avinash Kaushik

My Philosophy

I follow an unbiased content approach, using up-to-date information and in-depth insights to ensure 100% accuracy. Every article you see here is written by me – no outsourcing, no shortcuts – just genuine effort.

My goal is to create honest content designed especially for beginners and small business owners.

This page explains my content creation process, testing workflow, and the core values behind every review or guide I publish.

Explore, Test & Recommend

There’s no shortage of tools, software, and bold promises out there – from “easy money” schemes to so-called life hacks. My aim is to test these claims firsthand and share honest, experience-based insights so you can make informed and confident decisions.

I don’t believe in fluff or bias. If something works, I explain why. If it doesn’t, I highlight what’s missing and who might be doing it better.

Content Research & Review Process

Let’s understand each step in detail, let’s gooo!

1. Understanding Requirements

Most business owners and beginner bloggers want to save money – and rightly so.

Before testing any product, I first analyse what is actually needed. I explore various tools and content, study their purpose and features, and identify who they are truly meant for.

2. Create a Review Plan

A detailed review requires a clear plan. Before writing, I outline:

  • The structure of the topic
  • Key features to test
  • What matters most to the end-user (most-ciritial part)

3. Testing

Every tool, software, or affiliate product is tested through real-world usage – not just by reading product pages. I build demo projects or websites and follow a structured checklist that includes:

  • Installation
  • Compatibility (across devices/browsers)
  • Features
  • Design & Layout
  • Speed & Performance
  • User experience

For WordPress products such as themes, plugins, or hosting, I go deeper into aspects like design flexibility, backend options, and loading speed.

4. Price Details & Comparison

Pricing plays a major role in decision-making. I compare costs with alternatives and evaluate whether a product truly offers value. If a free option performs better than a paid one, I clearly mention it.

Before testing, I create a basic comparison table to see what competitors offer.

This helps in following!

  • What features are missing?
  • Which competitors provide better value?
  • Which products rely more on hype than performance?

5. Writing Process

After completing testing, I compile key insights and write the article myself – every word. I believe in connecting directly with my readers and sharing insights based on real, personal experience.

6. Review & Editing

Once the draft is ready, I carefully review the entire post to correct errors, improve clarity, and verify all details.

7. Ranking

In list-based articles, tools or products are ranked based on testing results, usability, and overall value. This helps readers choose the best option according to their priorities – whether features, pricing, or performance.

8. Publish, Feedback & Content Updates

Once published, I monitor feedback closely.

Your feedback matters. If you leave a comment or spot something that needs fixing, I verify it and update the content when necessary. I also update reviews and tutorials whenever brands release feature updates, pricing changes, or major improvements.

My Writing Workflow

A detailed blog post usually takes me 4–5 days to complete. Quality content requires time and careful effort.

Here’s what’s included:

1. Topic Research & Analysis

Every post begins with structured planning. I follow a yearly editorial calendar divided into months, weeks, and days. I focus on evergreen topics related to blogging, WordPress, and online earning -especially for beginners.

Once the topic is finalised, I break it into subtopics and related queries through keyword research to build a comprehensive content plan.

2. Data, Planning & Writing

With the research and outline ready, I move on to writing. If statistics or references are required, I include them with proper attribution. Writing everything myself helps maintain authenticity and reader trust.

3. Visuals

If statistics or references are required, I include them with proper attribution. Writing everything myself helps maintain authenticity and reader trust.

  • Thumbnails
  • Infographics
  • Screenshots
  • Product images

These enhancements improve the content and enhance the user experience.

4. Sources & Credits

Whenever I use 3rd-party data, brand information, or external insights, I provide proper credit. You will also find internal links for related articles and external links to credible sources.

My Content Values

  • Accuracy First: I publish only after verifying facts through testing and trusted references.
  • Reader-First Approach: You’ll always find practical advice, real-world examples, and simple language that helps you learn and take action.
  • Transparency Always: If something is sponsored, affiliate-linked, or otherwise partnered, I’ll clearly mention it.
  • Respecting Original Work: I credit every external source used, whether it’s a quote, image, or data point. Please refer to the image use policy for more information.
  • Easy to Read: The content is written in English with clean formatting, readable fonts, and an accessible layout.
