Content Research & Creation Process

Content is anything that adds value to the reader’s life.

– Avinash Kaushik

My Philosophy

I follow an unbiased content approach, using up-to-date information and in-depth insights to ensure 100% accuracy.

Every article you see here is written by me – no outsourcing, no shortcuts – just real, honest content created with beginners and small business owners in mind.

This page outlines my content creation process, testing workflow, and values behind every review or guide I publish.

Explore, Test & Recommend

There’s no shortage of tools, software, and bold promises out there – from “easy money” schemes to so-called life hacks. My goal is to test these claims firsthand and share honest, experience-based insights to help you make informed, confident decisions.

I don’t believe in fluff or bias. If something works, I’ll tell you why. If it doesn’t, I’ll show you what’s missing and who’s doing it better.

Review Process

Let’s understand each step in detail, let’s gooo!

Understanding Requirements

Most business owners and beginner bloggers want to save money – and rightly so.

So, I first break down what’s needed before jumping into testing.

I explore different tools and content, understanding their purpose, features, and who they’re really intended for.

Create a Review Plan

A detailed review requires a clear plan. Before I write anything, I outline:

  • The structure of the topic
  • Key features to test
  • What matters most to the end-user

Testing

Every tool, software, or affiliate product is tested through real-world use — not just by reading specs on a homepage. I build demo sites or projects and follow a structured review checklist that includes:

  • Installation
  • Compatibility (across devices/browsers)
  • Features
  • Design & Layout
  • Speed & Performance
  • User experience

For WordPress products (themes, plugins, hosting), I go deeper into design flexibility, loading speed, backend options, etc.

Price Details

Price matters. I compare the pricing with alternatives and evaluate if it’s really worth your money. If a free option works better than a paid one, I’ll say so.

Comparison

Before testing, I create a basic comparison table to see what competitors offer. This helps spot:

  • What’s missing?
  • Who’s offering better value?
  • Who’s just selling hype?

Writing Process

After testing is complete, I gather all the key takeaways and write the article or post myself – every word. I believe in connecting directly with my readers and sharing insights based on real, personal experience.

Review & Editing

Once the draft is ready, I go through the entire post again – correcting, improving, and double-checking every detail.

Ranking

In a listicle, each tool, software, affiliate program, or product is ranked based on testing, usability, and overall value. This helps readers choose the best option for their specific needs – whether they prioritise features, pricing, or other factors.

Publish & Feedback

Once published, I wait and watch. Your feedback means everything. If you leave a comment or spot something that needs fixing, I’ll take a look, verify it, and update the content if necessary.

Content Updates

I regularly update all reviews, listicles, and tutorials if the brand releases new updates, pricing changes, or any significant feature additions.

Staying up to date is non-negotiable — or, at the very least, something I’m actively working on.

My Writing Workflow

It usually takes me 4–5 days to write a full blog post. I know it’s a bit long, but honestly, good content takes time.

Here’s what’s included:

Topic Research & Analysis

Every blog post starts with proper planning.

I follow a yearly calendar, broken into months, weeks, and days. I don’t chase trending topics. Everything I write ties back to blogging, WordPress, and online earning – especially for beginners.

Once the topic is finalised, I break it down into subtopics and related queries (through keyword research) to create a comprehensive content plan.

Data, Planning & Writing

With the outline and research done, I move to writing. If I need stats or references, I include them (with proper credit).

Again — I write everything myself.

I do this because I enjoy it, and because it builds real trust with readers.

Visuals

Too much text can feel overwhelming. I add visuals like:

  • Thumbnails
  • Infographics
  • Screenshots
  • Product images

These enhancements improve the content and enhance the user experience.

Sources & Credits

If I use data from a brand or third-party website, I always give credit — both to respect creators and to maintain transparency.

You’ll also find internal links for related reading and external links to credible references.

My Content Values

  • Accuracy First: I don’t publish unless it’s correct. Every article is backed by facts, testing, and trusted sources.
  • Focus on the Reader: You’ll always find actionable advice, real-world use cases, and simple language that helps you learn and take action.
  • Transparency Always: If something is sponsored, affiliate-linked, or in any way partnered, I’ll clearly mention it.
  • Respecting Original Work: I credit every external source used — whether it’s a quote, image, or data point. Please refer to the Image Use Policy for more information.
  • Easy to Read: The content is written in English with clean formatting, readable fonts, and an accessible layout.

Comments, Feedback & Reader Responsibility

Your feedback is welcome. You can:

I do read every comment and take note of suggestions and questions.

Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful to others.

Thanks for reading and being a part of this.
